When Melissa’s mom became wheelchair-bound, Doug and Melissa quickly learned that families need more than contractors: they need advocates who understand that accessibility preserves dignity and independence. And watching their own adult children struggle with housing costs revealed how closely aging challenges and economic pressures are connected.
These discoveries seemed like a calling. Between Doug’s decades of home building and remodeling experience, and Melissa’s financial and operational expertise, they knew they could build something special that truly makes a difference.
Now Doug and Melissa help families find solutions by designing and constructing thoughtful home modifications and ADUs that keep generations close while saving money. Both born and raised in Colorado, they plan to build better lives and stronger families in the state they love.
