Family:
The Cornerstone of Life
Both born and bred in Colorado, Melissa and Doug discovered this calling through personal experience. When her mom became wheelchair-bound, they quickly learned that families need more than contractors—they need advocates who understand that accessibility preserves dignity and independence. Watching their own adult children struggle with housing costs, they realized that aging challenges and economic pressures connect. Between Doug’s decades of remodeling and home building experience and Melissa’s financial and operational expertise, they knew they could create something special to make a difference. Now they help families discover solutions through home modifications and ADUs, keeping generations close while saving money. This isn't just construction anymore—it's about building better lives and stronger families.
